Diane Barbee
Operations Manager
Diane Barbee is our Operations Manager, overseeing the organization’s operational aspects, improving efficiency, identifying tools to streamline practices, developing and enforcing policies, managing regional attorneys, and supporting partners, legal counsel, administrative staff, and vendors. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including processing payroll and managing building maintenance.
Diane graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Human Services. Her diverse professional experience includes several years in marketing, Human Resources, bookkeeping and accounting, philanthropy, and trading on Wall Street with her Series 7 license.
In her free time, Diane enjoys competitive sports and is part of a pool and bowling team. She’s also an avid fan of the LA Dodgers and the Phoenix Suns. She is a proud mother of her daughter, who serves as an electronics technician in the US Navy. Diane enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing video games, woodworking, and anything crafty. She even spent two years traveling the country in an RV before settling in Washington.
